I thought I might find some interesting things to do with thanksgiving leftovers by asking what you guys do with them.
It is kinda dull here. Turkey sandwiches with cranberry sauce and Miracle whip spread on the bread.
I make mashed potato soup. Just add chicken boullion some chopped to almost minced onion and a gob of butter.
One thin I learned is never make tacos out of cooked turkey::Shudder:: It turns rather rubbery and is completely inedible, even the neighborhood dogs avoided eating it.
