That’s a really vague question, unless you have some specific case in mind. Maybe if you tell us what aspect of rape you’re trying to research, some of the lawyers or law students could come up with some relevant cases for you.

Rory, ‘case study’ is a bit vague in the way of a term. We don’t know if you mean legal cases involving rape, or if you mean sociological studies of rape based on individual ‘cases’. Or something else.
