Legal in All Circumstances (or, I Wish a Muthasucka would!)

Sure, but you can’t tell me that it’s better than “Abortolass”.

Do expalin how.

Sure, would you kill him if that was the only way to get him out?
This is a good example. Sometime the removal of the fetus is necessary to save a woman’s life and that’s what should be done. I don’t see why we should kill it first, even if death is alomost certain. I mean, if a guy jumos of a bridge it’s still a crime to shoot him on the way down.

First of all, thanks for your kind words. Always good that one can debate this topic and still remain civil.
Second, I’m a man, father of three, but don’t feel bad, guessing sex/gender in the SDMB is always tricky.
Third, I see your point i.e. forcing the law on someone’s body and I can see why it can be hateful. I have a harder time to say anything the harder the decission was on the woman (like a woman stabbing her abusive yet sleeping husband. It ain’t right, but you have a harder time calling her a cold blooded criminal).
Debating faceless opponents is not “real” life.
What really gets me, and this is very common in Peru, is when women are forced to abort because the boyfriend/husband/dad/family says “…or else”; the choice is actually making it easier for someone else to force you.
I know it’s hard on many women and I wish there could be other solutions.

@Soylent juicy: Freeing slaves without providing anthing else is bad?
If you are pro-abortion, do you have to personally pay for all the abortions you can?
If you are pro-choice: do you pay for abortion or pay for the kids upbringing?
Are you in favour of the Darfur shit-hole? Are you there?

There is nothing better than “Abortolass”

Actually, the only responses were humorous, in line with the intent of the original comment. You are the only person who thought it was nasty, or even gave it a second thought. That should tell you something.
