For those who aren’t up on their philosophy arcana, basically Princess Caroline’s objection to DesCartes was to identify the mechanism by which the soul interacted with the body. DesCartes proposed the pineal gland, which made as little sense then as it does now.
So, I apologize for quoting myself, but his latest response is directly related to the above. To wit (or, in this case, twit):
