Any Dopers with me on this? I could chew nails when I try to pull around a driver who is steering with one hand and using a cellular phone with the other. I just want some support and comments from other Dopers who get angry about this sort of thing.

Not good enough, Smeg. Here, we’ve had three separate rants by the Teeming Millions against those fools and yet we are still encountering them each day. Beyond their lack of consideration they are endangering our children, our wives, our fenders! Something must be done to reduce this plague on our highways!
We need to take action!
