Let's do Ramen!

Homemade vegetarian vegetable broth.
Sliced green onions
Ginger
Bit of carrot shavings
A mushroom or two sliced
Seseme seeds
Slices of tofu
Dash of soy sauce

Add some lettuce (the ONLY time I will willingly eat iceburg!) to the water just as it boils. If I don’t have lettuce, sometimes I’ll add some small shreds of kale leaf earlier in the process.

Add noodles, boil for about 30 seconds, then take off heat and pour the whole thing into the bowl.

Yum!
