I actually waited until things started to look better. Power is starting to come back on.

It wasn’t a dig Homer. (sorry if it seemed that way) I believe it is not terrorism, but it sure is strange. Youd think something as important as a city would cause power supplies to make sure supply way outstripps demand.

I think if it is terrorism they wouldn’t admit it because they can cover it up a lot easier than they could a bomb.
