You mean like building factories and making trade agreements that help cross border commerce?
Since you teach human geography, can you explain why Mexican diaspora in the United States seem so indifferent to the problems in Mexico? One would think given the proximity that they would be a huge influence to bring about the structural change needed so that Mexico was on par with the USA. I live in Southern California and I see no such effort. One might assume that they would see how things work work relatively well here and might want bring these ideas such as rule or law and transparency to their former homeland. I especially call out Mexican diaspora unlike people say from Yemen because many of them go and back and forth regularly and still have strong ties there.
