Let's share Halloween tips

I like the idea of giving them some food since they can’t mingle with the people on the floor. I would add something like this as well.

I’ve also seen one done with melted Brie and apples.

If you don’t have dyes, you can stain cheesecloth a sepia tone with tea. Hanging action figures with string nooses can be fun, too. I had two Canadian prime minister (in)action figures dangling from my door that got a lot of people excited. You can also make little round bombs and dynamite bundles out of clay to liven up a diorama.

I’m totally plundering ideas from this. Especially the alien invasion one.

WOOKINPANUB – yup, kawaii means “cute”, and yes, Hello Kitty (no one found my zombie HK costume as amusing as I did), and smiling scarecrows and happy plaid pumpkins and crap. Yawn.

Oh puhleeeeease:rolleyes: But I guess Halloween should be whatever anyone wants it to be (even if they’re dull, boring duds). One department here did a kid friendly tableau that *I *thought was fun, though; Grumpy Cat’s Unhappy Halloween. Man, did they go all out. Grumpy pinata, a section that had a big rainbow as the backdrop but with fake rain (tinsel) coming down from the ceiling. Another section where the kids could search through the sand filled litter box for prizes. It was wall to wall grumpy fun and I loved the hell out of it.
