Yeah, but the FCC would still be obligated to act if they regulated cable, which they don’t. They don’t make distinctions; a complaint is a complaint.

There has been some talk about them regulating cable TV and satellite radio, but there are so many hoops to jump through that it’s not worth it. Besides, Congress probably likes its Skinamax as much as the rest of us. :smiley:
