Level 3 sex offenders

Yeah, we all know sex offenders are motivated by racism.

Really, if this guy hated white people, why did he live in Minnesota?

You just made my point, crimes are committed out of hate. It has nothing to do with the skin color of the victim.

He lives in Minnesota because most Latinos living here work the fields during the growing season.

Quote Bill Cosby: DON’T you roll your eyes at me! I’ll roll those eyes across the floor!

So did the suspect work the fields or are you just assuming he did?

YES! He worked the fields during growing season. When he was arressted he was working sheet-rock at a new hotel in McIntosh, MN.

Are you verifying I know what I’m talking about, or are you just trying to establish yourself as the latest asshole?

For the third time, READ THE FUCKING THREADS I GAVE.

Moron, go away, you bother me

Wow, ask a simple question…

That’s it, I’m not picking your crops next season, buddy.

Maybe, maybe not. 5 mil is pretty much the same bail denied without actually having to deny the bail. I’d be surpised to see a convicted sex offender get bail, regardless of the amount of evidence they currently have.

Keeping my rage in check while posting, I’ll try to respond to everyone civilly (no guarantees).

OK, forget the bail. The North Dakota state Attorney General filed an arrest warrant for a citizen of Minnesota, and Polk county (MN) Sheriff’s dep’s had him in custody within hours and in jail. The next day he went for the extradition, and waived any fight to prevent him from being transferred to ND.

With an apperance in District court in MN he never protested the charge. The appearance in ND District court, again, no protest of the charges. He said one word yesterday, “yes”, when asked if he understood the charges.

PLEASE read the links I provided. At age 50, he was released last May after serving 23 years in MN state prison for multiple kidnapping/rape charges.

This is a very rare occurence here. Hence the national media.

I’m tempted to offer a substantial bet on this, but it’s too cruel to do so.

FWIW, I pray God I am wrong on this. But I just don’t see it.

What’s interesting is that I’ve seen a couple cases like this. Sex offender commits a couple simple sexual assaults, gets relatively short jail terms. The assaults get more and more violent, and he does more time. Then he gets out after a long stretch and makes the conclusion that leaving a witness was what put him away, so…

I wish I could remember the name of the book, but I seem to rememeber it was a retired FBI guy who wrote it. Ressler? Douglas?

Regarding Level 3 sex offenders-
The state is supposed to hold forums in the communities where sex offenders are going to be released into.
Nice if that always happened.
I often browse the Minnesota Department of Corrections website (as part of a search tool for my employment). Approximately 18 months ago just for the heck-uv-it I searched the Level 3 Offender list. Found a guy who lived on the block down from my parents. This guy always seemed to go for walks when all the neighborhood kids were playing, including LilMiss. He would stop and chat with the kids, joke with them, try to get involved with them. NBD, except he had been incarcerated for raping children.
There hadn’t been any neighborhood notice.
After the info regarding who this guy was found its’ way around the neighborhood, the guy ‘disappeared’.

Screw giving them another chance. From what I have read in the press and watched on the news, sex offenders are given some kind of test to possibly predict chance of reoffending. The optimal score is 4 or less. Rodriguez scored 13. Yes, he served his time. BUT he should not have been out on the streets. Halfway house? Maybe. Permanent ankle bracelet? Would’ve been a good idea.

Also, I (sadly) agree with you, Truth Seeker. Dru is not going to be found, watching TV just waiting to be saved as her brother and father keep saying will happen.

OOPS! Sorry about the name gaffe- I meant SeekingTruth!

Are you sure?

That was sarcasm. When I found out who this guy was and what he was incarcerated for, I blew my lid.

one more level and he can cast ‘hold person’

god… that joke was inapprorate…

Level 3. The network partner you can rely on.

Did you kill Joanie Shriver?!!

But if he weren’t, would you suspect him of such? Not to pick on you, but a lot of people would.

Update, blood found in his car matches hers.
