Which gives me an opportunity to mention that last night’s Frontline, a PBS show no less, aired a very well-done and evenhanded report on the life stories of both Romney and Obama, that on the whole treated each with equal amounts of admiration and criticism. Not that any amount of examples will do any good with some people, of course.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but that seems to be a combination of all swing state polls, and doesn’t break them down by state, if I’m I reading that correctly. State polling suggests a different story.
So yes, the race has tightened according to the above, no doubt. But it’s its not as dire as your link name would suggest.
This would be more informative if the article compared Siena’s polling now with their earlier polls, instead of “[o]ther polls.” Also, the Siena poll’s Pennsylvania result contradicts the Rasmussen poll.

At the moment, I’d actually say that’s true, although it will pass in a week or less. The media just smells blood in the water. They are Obama’s sharks, but they are still sharks and if he’s the one bleeding…
