I do not understand the sentences you are typing. Are you saying that my cites are not truly glurge or spam? If so, please explain how.
If your idea of “debating” or even “discussing” is to throw vague generalities over things you won’t even bother to examine, I suggst you might be happier on a different board.

I can’t see what is hard to understand about the links John Corrado posted. The OP asked about examples of “liberal glurge” and that is exactly what John posted. These are kinds of email people with a leftist bent would forward, regardless of its accuracy.
John Corrado’s examples are certainly is spam/glurge with a liberal bent. At the same time, it is anecdotal but true that I’ve never gotten any one of these with the exception of the John Kerry misquotes. And I associate mostly with lefty folks.
Why don’t you do the nice thing and just ask him to stop sending it if you don’t like it. Ask him sort of lightheartedly. Fighting fire with fire never works.
Oh, and I am extremely independent with some libertarian, liberal and conservative leanings. 
Well, there are plenty of liberal blogs, but in the ones I list here, the news items are generally “serious” items about current issues: thinkprogress.org, dailykos.com, moveon.org
I guess you are looking more for feel-good stories rather than political commentary, right?
