Life at the Edge of Everything follows the world of several 13 year old students at the Booker T. Washington Middle School on the edge of downtown Tampa. It’s the sort of thing that every parent who has or will have a teenager should read. A secret glimpse into how some real teens actually think, what they care about, what embarasses them, etc.
Thomas French, who heads the team of reporters and photographers who’ve written this series, has already won a Pulitzer Prize for his previous efforts. He has a talent for getting inside his subjects that is rare in journalism today.
