As we all know, the planet Earth is the worlds greatest computer, an organic thinking machine created by the worlds second-greatest computer, Deep Thought in an experiment run by hyper-intelligent pan-dimensional beings (which in our dimesion appear as small white mice) to find the Ultimate Question.

However, it has come to my attention the the planet Earth is soon to be destroyed by a Vogon Constructor Fleet to make room for a hyperspace bypass. I am anxious to discover the Ultimate Question before the Earth is destroyed, so i am attempting to wring the Question from the collective mind of the Teeming Millions before we are all annhialated.

So, considering that the answer to the Ultimate Question is, of course, 42, what do you believe to be the Ultimate Question? Teeming Millions, please submit your insights, and i will assess them and attempt to discover the reason Why. Hurry, for time is short, but remember, Don’t Panic.

Actually, the question is, “What do you get if you multiply six by nine?”

There are of course great difficulties with answering that question. Namely that knowing it might just cause the universe to end, thus being the end of all of us.

But never fear, the lack of a question for the answer has been overcome by a very important divine message.
