Is this any good? I’ve begun hearing ads on the radio for this product. It seems to promote pain relief/healing though light (or something).

I looked it up on the web last night here and apparently it works using infra-red light (actually, they just say red light). Is this any different than using heat lamps? Are they just miniture heat lamps?

Does anyone know if it’s worth the $1,199 - $1,999 they want for them?

Absolutely, positively not. It’s a “heat lamp” that you can buy at your local hardware store for $10-20.
