Both commonly used quotes when I was growing up.
The line that always kills me from that movie is in a discussion between Jimmy & Ira Lowenstein where Jimmy spits, and Lowenstein says something like “Jimmy, if we paid you more could you be more disgusting?” and Jimmy replies “I could use the money”.

And lesser known I’m sure, from “The Riches.” There’s a young man who’s suffering from brain damage after a bad fever. His big sister tries to force the girl he loves to marry him. He eventually finds out that the girl he loves has been threatened into this by big Sis - not the way he meant for this to go. He tells his sister “If you hurt her in any way, or any of her family, I’m not your brother anymore. . .” and then comes the flat, factual, here’s the way it’s gonna be statement: “I’ll kill you in your sleep.”
Maybe too flashy to qualify: “Give me that baby, you warthog from Hell!” from Raising Arizona.

There’s an episode of Futurama where Fry uses a tractor-beam thing to re-orginize the stars in the sky to say he loves Leela. He notices right before a bomb goes off and eats up all the stars. Leela and Bender come in

Fry: No! The other thing!
Leela: What other thing?

The heartbroken and crestfallen way he says “nothing” has always stuck with me

Okay, this one might be a little obscure because although I know there are Dr. Who fans here, I’m not sure anyone noticed this line reading but me.
From the episode “The Rebel Flesh,” some soldier guy is expressing skepticism that the Doctor can fit his spaceship into the underground tunnels they are currently trying to escape.
Matt Smith as the Doctor leans very close, smiles a little, and as if imparting some very important information, whispers: “I’m a great…parker…”
