This film has more dialog that any film you will probably see this year - they talk, and talk and talk.
While the point of the film is well-meaning, “Get off your collective asses and get involved!”, the target college-age audience will never shell out the bucks to go see the film.
It is a shame, as they might actually learn something.
While the film is interesting and makes all the right points, it does tend to be a bit like a classroom lecture - albeit with a nice cast of lecturers. As a teacher, this is a film I would like to show my students when it comes out on DVD - but I might have to lock the classroom door to make sure they don’t try to sneak out half way through the film.
