Loach, I’m sorry. I think many cops abuse their power and single out certain types of people. I think the one in the story may be one of those. However, I don’t know you and my coming unglued here may have been a bit hasty and uncalled for.
Also, I was very, very, drunk when I posted in this thread, as a few people figured out intuitively, from context.
To those who think I’ve been in trouble with the law, and there must lay the source of my frustration: Not since a DUI in '98.
To those who think I’m just an imbecile with a chip on his shoulder, who has never offered anything constructive to the board: C’est la vie.
To everyone else, especially Loach: Heartfealt apologies. I apparently misread the motive somewhere along the line and flew off the handle.
Since I’ve never had a problem with you in the past I’ll take you at your word and accept your apology. I appreciate the effort since this thread had died you could have just as easily never mentioned it again.
