No, it’s not one person’s opinion. It’s one person’ recollection of the facts. Two completely different things. Palin has refused, thus far, to say anything publicly (that I’m aware of) to refute them.
Is this the same person that wrote the email to her friends, thinking it would stay private? :dubious:
When you can’t refute the facts, go after the person for making the facts public.
It’s a standard tactic, most recently used against Scott McClellan.
As someone still in the fact-finding phase of trying to determine whether or not I trust Sarah, I think this letter is a good jumping off point for the few legitimate charges listed but I put no stock in Anne’s personal opinion of a politician, especially considering Sarah’s approval rating suggests Anne is very much in the minority.
All the charges are valid points but considering how I’ve already heard every one of them due to the intense scrutiny the ex-Mayor has garnered, and in more detain, I’m not sure this letter provides us with anything more than a spent dart, a note intercepted in study hall by one opinionated classmate about another.
Did you actually learn anything new from it, something of merit aside from partisan rancor? Does it strike you as odd that she would put so much effort into this if her intent was indeed that it only be seen by a few friends?
Meh, maybe it’s legit. Fine. Take any new issues and run with them. That’s a far bit more appropriate than adopting the bundled spite and sentiment of a complete stranger.

I could certainly be mistaken, but my impression is that part of the reason Palin’s ratings are so high is simply that she’s not the guy she beat in the primary (Murkowski?).
How do you not? Every lawsuit brought against censorship is based on the first amendment, and the courts have historically agreed, other than in notable cases such as Larry Flynt. But then, when you call the Supreme Court “eight assholes and a token cunt”, you’re bound to lose your case. Obtuse back atcha, pal.
