Long Shot -- Preacher ID in Zoviet France's "Ram"/Praga Khan's "Injected with a Poison"

Does anyone know the name of the preacher who can be heard discussing Jim Jones, Jonestown, and Lionel Luckhoo in Zoviet France’s “Ram” (which was sampled by Praga Khan in “Injected with a Poison”)? The sermon/song can be heard here:

I’ve read that it’s credited as Ferrell Griswold but it’s definitely not him (Mr. Griswold’s sermons are available online; he doesn’t sound anything like the preacher in the song).

RW Schambach is his name. I met him once at one of his tent revivals here in Jax FL.
