I’m looking for a movie that is very similar to “300”.
It has similar lighting effects and a similar time setting.
It’s about a king who has risen to power through force of will.
There are 3 or 4 women “oracles” (?) who are protected by male escorts.
When one of the oracles is captured, her male escort cuts out his own tongue to avoid answering questions.
Later, the king puts the remaining oracles inside a big metal cow (or pig?) and sets it over an open fire to torture them.
At some point a “traitor” who joins the king’s forces says something like “He is no king”.
Sorry for such a vague description but that’s all I can remember.
Any ideas…?
