Does anyone have a copy (or know where I can get one) of the Pigface live DVD with the ATG intro?

I’m pretty sure you’re thinking of the album Welcome to Mexico…Asshole. I have the audio CD but not the DVD. It opens with “The Love Serenade (I Hate You?)” that has the ATG in it.
