So, I’m on this team that is working on major fundraiser for a local non-profit. The project leader and I thought it would be helpful (and cool) to create a website where all volunteers could go to get updates on the project, see due dates, make additions to the list of donors and donations, see to-do lists, etc.
Is there a service where I can set up a simple to use website/wiki that can be edited by volunteers to whom I give access, that can house documents (that can be edited by our volunteers), that has a template that I can use (not being a web designer) to create it?
Hopefully, this is not impossible. I thought of using the Google sites, but we won’t be able to use them. Any others that we could use?
I need it to be password protected so only authorized volunteers can see it/edit it. I need to be able to link to a spreadsheet to which changes can easily be made by several different people. I need there to be a to-do list/call list that can be managed by the non-profit’s director or his secretary.
Oh, and it needs to be free or very very cheap. Is this possible?
