Looking for book title

I’m trying to remember the title of a book I read a long time ago, and was wondering if anyone here could help.
Here is what I remember about it:
–The main character is a boy named Toseland (or something like that). He goes by Tolly.
–Tolly is visiting his grandmother for Christmas. I think that it might be the first time he has met her.
–There are ghosts in his grandmother’s house, including 3 children (siblings): Toby, Alexander (?) (who plays the flute) and a girl, whose name I think started with L.
There’s other stuff, but I’m not sure that it’s all from the same book, so I’ll leave it out for now, so as not to cause confusion.

Yeah, it’s an English children series. I read it many years ago.

I want to say Green Norton? Couldn’t find
that on Amazon.com though, so I may have it wrong.
