Yes, I know of 3 cameras that fit your description. There are probably a few others, but here they are.

Canon PowerShot S20, about $600.

Canon PowerShot G1, about $800.

Canon EOS-D30 Professional SLR, about $3000.

I think Casio has one too at 3.3 megapixels. QV something.

Casio QV-3000EX and QV-3EX take the microdrive. There’s a special package deal afor the QV-3000EX plus microdrive which may make it a good value.

I settled on a Canon G1.
