I had to take a UA it came up positive for coke is there any medications such as lidocaine hydrochloride topical that can explain positive result???

Why not tell us what you took, and we can tell you whether that can make the test turn positive?

Let me make sure I understand. You took cocaine, your drug test was positive for cocaine, and you want our help to come up with some sort of rationale to excuse your legitimate positive urine drug test for cocaine?
