Looking for some really obscure lyrics

I am looking for a copy of the lyrics to the Cortona Laudario or the Lauds of Codex 91 from the Etruscan Academy of Cortona. I would prefer that they be translated into English, but I could handle French or Italian (heck, even a facsimile of the manuscript would be useful). Can anyone point me to somewhere that I could find this?
