True, the forum won’t allow you to post a picture directly in the thread, but you could put it on any photo-sharing site and post a link to it here. You’d definitely get more people to look at it that way, thus improving your chances of getting an answer to your question.
Or do you mean there are some copyright issues or something?
That links to the tunblr homepage for signed in users. If the picture is in your dashboard, you’ll need to right click on the picture and grab its url, and not the url for the sitepage.
