I’m interested in looking up specific bills. Basically, there’s an ad campaign that’s running in my state right now that’s gotten a little ugly, and I’d like to do some of my own research in regards to the ads. The sort of information I have to go off of looks like this:

H.R. 3164, CQ Vote #555: Motion agreed to 385-26: R 203-8; D 182-17; I 0-1, November 2, 1999.

Any suggestions?
