Despite all the blurbs I had doubts about the book given some inaccuracies. However the deeper you get into it the more the cherry picking becomes obvious.

And then at almost page 400 he admits that RAF bombing destroyed “submarine pens at Peenemunde.”

Well, what about the scientific research labs and the lack of submarine pens?

Oof that’s some weapons grade bollocks right there. Obviously written from a garbled memory and without even bothering to fact check.
