If you’re the mayor of a small town recently interviewed by a local magazine, you could just show the article.
Last August I arrived in Madrid, for what was supposed to be an 18-day trip to Spain. The airline had misplaced my luggage, and before I even left the airport someone stole my wallet. So I had no bank card, no credit card and 14 cents in my pocket. All I could do was turn around and go back home. Fortunately, I still had my passport and the printout for my return trip. It took me three days to get home, via Casablanca, Caracas and JFK, and no food except on the flights.
One-Way Plane Ticket from Columbus, GA to Tampa, FL = Roughly 3.5 hours with connecting flight in Atlanta.
One-Way Bus Ticket from Columbus, GA to Tampa, FL = Roughly 26 Hours!!!
Both cost about the same, around 300-400 dollars. It’s not always faster OR cheaper to take a bus.
