True.
But it’s the price paid for having a set of emotions, grouped together by the metaphor of a “heart”, that allow you to be more than just a sentient mass of organic chemicals.

The fact that it can creep up on you and you have no control over it, that sucks.
Then again, you have to be in pain, at one stage, to appreciate and recognise the truly happy moments in your life.
