My cardiologist has told me to walk every day, beginning at 1/2 mile and gradually increasing the distance. This is torture for me, because I get horrible lower back spasms after the first couple of minutes.
I’m thinking of going to a professional masseur.
So . . . for those of you who get lower back spasms, have you gotten massage therapy? Does it help? Does it prevent spasms or merely deal with one you’ve already got? Would I have to get a massage every day?
