I had a dentist grind two teeth down to stubbs, then tell me he couldn’t put on the crown until I paid my bill in full - the charges had gone way beyond what the insurance would cover. Left me with two teeth with no enamel until I could come up with several thousand dollars. I paid him off. Then I found another dentist, who has his mind in my mouth instead of my wallet.
