Who will be getting Madden 2004 tomorrow? I can’t wait to play this game. It looks like it has some cool new features. Anybody up for some online action for PS2?
I already got it. Bought it yesterday. Very nice game (PC Version), especially since I haven’t got a Madden since like 1999.
Yep - it rocks. The playmaker functionality is a big addition. Look up “Slacker” (or SlackerCS) online if you want to take on my Saints. 
Why did Amazom.com say this was coming out Aug. 14? For anybody looking ofr a game, my user name is HMR464. I am ranked in the top 2000 and I don’t quit games.

ok… I bought the game… and I haven’t played madden since 02… well it was 2001… but the game was 2002…
and I suck… maybe I am getting old or something… but I am just not used to this game at all yet…
I suck offensively and I am worse on D…
I think I need a good month before I can take the game online…
Rented it, and the game is indeed much tougher than previous Maddens, although it could very just fall into the usual EA Sports trap of being tough only until you figure out the money plays.
Even still, the depth of this game is amazing, and the only thing that would keep me from buying it is the wealth of games I’m looking forward to (ESPN NHL Hockey, Time Crisis 3, Ratchet and Clank 2, SSX 3, Gran Turismo 4, which may actually be out by Christmas).

I thought it was coming out today too. That’s what it said on the EA sports website. oh well, regardless, yes I will be buying this game after work today. How’s the owner mode? It sounds… interesting. kinda like SimFootball owner or something. I doubt I’ll bother with it much, but I’d like to try it once at least.
