Ah, that brings back memories! I don’t think I ever ate at the Kowloon, but its neighbor the Hilltop Steakhouse was a must-visit whenever my meat-loving in-laws visited.
The portions were so ginormous that we always brought home a lot of leftovers. This was back in the day when Cuisinart food processors were the exciting new kitchen tool; one of the first recipes I made in mine was paté made with Hilltop leftovers. (I still use the method I learned then, though alas Hilltop is long gone from Massachusetts, as am I.)
