See, I would think that “malicious” would be the opposite of “surgical” or “medical” or whatever term they’d use when someone is castrated with their permission. Though I’m having difficulty imagining a scenario in which someone would grant that permission.
(I know chemical/surgical castration has been a punishment option for sex offenders. Or something. Actually, I have no idea; I may have heard that somewhere or completely made it up. Just ignore this whole parenthetical section.)
