Ok, so I heard on The River (fm music station) this morning that on highway 70 in St Louis (don’t know which direction), there was a man LYING in the right hand lane (four lane highway), and they were warning people to pay attention. Unfortunately I didn’t hear a follow-up and don’t see anything on the online news pages.
Does anyone know what happened to this person or why they were out there?
