That would have been tough on the Batmobile’s suspension.

The Batmobile doesn’t drive on that street. It exits the Bat Cave via that exceptionally well-hidden tunnel which no one can see because there’s a low wooden barrier in front of it.
As a kid, I always wondered why none of criminal masterminds in Gotham City didn’t just follow the Batmobile to see where it returned to.
So it would be past where the speed bumps are. I doubt there were speed bumps in front of the manor in 1966.
Those speed bumps were probably installed because of complaints about a certain fire-spewing black car with red pinstripes zooming to and fro.

We were just talking about the Adam West Batman, and how the mail order advert for the Aly Morrison/Mark Copplestone era Space Marines in Mk VI armour were (mostly) named for the cast.
Mayhaps you could suggest to said beloved that, given your lottery win and procurement of the mansion, the least she could contribute is cleaning the eleven bathrooms.

We went to a car show this morning, the original, Adam West-era Batmobile was there. I showed the owner the listing in the OP but it was a little out of his price range (& a couple of thousand miles west of us) but how cool would it to own one of those & live in that house!!!
That’s what I was going to say-- the grounds aren’t remotely large enough for fox hunting. Pass.
Watched the clip. So Batman may have fooled Joker for the moment, but he still led Joker to the general vicinity of the Bat Cave entrance (it must be less than a mile away, judging by how quickly B&R got to the real entrance), and let Joker off scot-free to keep looking? Brilliant 
Also, IMO, Harley Quinn looked much better without all that makeup she usually wears.

Related to that point you’re going to want to make sure you got your legal I’s dotted and T’s crossed and make sure there’s a recorded easement leading up to the retractable wooden barrier.
I suspect that most of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, so if you add a few bathrooms nearer the living areas of the house, it’s not surprising that you have more bathrooms than bedrooms.
And yet the secret entrance to the Batcave is in Griffith Park, a good 10 miles away.
That cave system must be really extensive.
You know, I’m beginning to suspect that may Batman operates outside the law.
It’s the only way to avoid traffic.
