There is a path to rehabilitation. It’s through low level college games. It’s possible now that every game is broadcast somewhere. I doubt that pays very well.

Between Sanchez’s story, former Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown being extradited back to the U.S. to stand trial for attempted murder (after years of increasingly erratic behavior), and the apparent suicide of Cowboys defensive end Marshawn Kneeland yesterday, recent days do all add more evidence that playing football is as dangerous to the brains and minds of its players as it is to their bodies.
I wonder if Sanchez will be the next Deputy Secretary of War.
