Can anybody tell me where to obtain a copy of a marriage certificate of a person who got married in Guyana (South America)

3. Applications for Copies of Guyana Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates may also be done through these offices. The cost of each of these certificates is US$10. Application forms are available.

I’m sure the UK has something similar.
