About 17 years ago, a guest on Roseanne’s talk show mentioned that in the future, 'chicken’s would be ‘grown’ in factories called ‘pharms.’ At the time I couldn’t remember her name, just that her stated occupation was ‘radical feminist.’
Well, whaddaya know? Going thru my old VHS tapes, I came across the snippet, and it wasn’t just some random radical feminist, but Mary Daly.
Anyway, just adding to the knowledge here, so that when it starts happening, we will see how prescient she (and others) were.
Also, because I’m probably going to trash the tape, and will forget who she was the next time I think about it.
