Why wouldn’t she? Her main claim to fame and the reason she won the peace prize is her opposition to Maduro. Trump attacking Maduro’s drug dealing allies hurts Maduro and serves her interests, of course she’d be for it.
The main reasons to oppose Trump’s actions are all domestic. It’s an abuse of his military power, it’s an attack on our nation’s institutions, etc. It’s undoubtedly bad for American democracy, and from the inside where that’s our primary concern, it’s unquestionably bad.
From her perspective, where the situation in Venezuela is of much greater concern than the state of democracy in the United States, there are very few reasons to oppose these strikes.
It’s just makes the Peace aspect of the prize even more ironic.

The very first boat that was struck when it could have been intercepted should have had consequences of some kind. The entire chain of command from Kegbreath to the guy who pushed the button should have been prosecuted for murder, and prosecute trump if he lives through his term.
