Quote 1: the words inside the quotes are accurately quoting my comments.
Quote 2: the words inside the quotes are not, in fact, accurately quoting my comments.
I quoted your actual words. They remain there, unmolested, within the realms of the quote-box, as per the rules of the forum and I did that so that people could see the words that you actually said. If you thought that what I wrote was intended to be an actual “accurate quote” then you are stupider than I thought. You did cast the white woman in the role of “innocent and apologetic.” And you did cast the grieving black Muslim woman in the role of “part of an angry mob.” There was no nuance in your post. No lies from me.
Indeed, and the worst sort. He’s a conflict junkie who lacks the capacity for insight. Most reasonable people would sit back and think “I’m getting into a lot arguments these days… I wonder what the common theme is?”
But not this guy. This guy is a perpetual victim. Someone who uses that victimhood to manipulate people into getting a certain outcome. And when confronted with their incessant need for conflict, the response every time is “He made me do it! He made me respond in the aggressive manner I did. He made me type the words I typed!”
You see this sort of stuff all the time. A tragedy will happen somewhere in the world and there’s always that one person who has to jump in and hijack the tragedy to make it all about them by claiming greater voting rights on the victim hierarchy totem pole.
Luckily, nobody was injured or killed. No doubt, a “nice Christian” did this, all the time bemoaning how awful “the Religion of Peace” is. I don’t know about you, but I’m just about fed up with bigots, especially that bigot in the White House.
I highly suggest people to watch this ABC news video. In it the interviewee makes many great points:

Your very first post in this thread was to try and create conflict with Guin over some ancient grudge. And you’ve not let up once since. Now you found a target in Banquet Bear and keep sustaining the conflict with him, while having the audacity to claim it’s his fault.
Oh no, he keeps responding to your and Unrequited Man’s provocations, and refutes bad logic! Teh horrors! Others have refuted the same shit, but you don’t go after them.
Thing is, SlackerInc is legit. He says awful shit at times, but he believes it. You clearly can’t keep straight what you believe, calling him a troll while defending his point of view. You (and Unrequited Man) are the ones to put on ignore.
You’re clearly getting off on this, having found someone to attack in a thread that isn’t about them.
Wait, what? A society that is terrorized by white Christian nationalist identity violence definitely is a life-or-death issue for people who aren’t necessarily the ones who are going to be directly killed in a mass shooting. It establishes a hierarchy of violent oppression in society, the same way police violence does.
