FYI, naturalized citizens (and natural-born citizens) are often eligible to vote in other nations’ elections. The naturalization process does not require the new citizen to give up the old citizenship, and the USA does not require its citizens to refrain from voting in other countries.
I’m a dual citizen - native US, naturalized Australia. I can vote in elections in both countries*, and it never even occurred to me that I wouldn’t be able to vote in both.
*Actually, required to vote in Australia, or at least to attend the polling station.
