It’s not Suzy, as she’s an annoying yapper. I think you’re talking about Tracy. She’s rarely seen or gets the attention.
I don’t recall ever seeing Tracy bring a dish forward once in any episode…Maybe I was making a drink and missed her, but they show so many commercials that would be a long shot…(which by the way, the info commercials they add to sell their stuff is really annoying, has anyone ever used Global knives before?..Really… I’m real familiar with kitchen cutlery and Global is nowhere near the top…
Anyway back to the mystery girl, .wonder why they are saving her…maybe she’ll have a melt down and throw a dish on Ramsey…So the four girls are Tracy, Suzy, Brittany, and the other Blonde whose name escapes me now but she has a Tattoo on her left arm…Thanks for the info…
How many shows does Ramsey have by the way?..Hell’s Kitchen, Master Chef, Kitchen Nightmares, and isn’t there another on the BBC channel…How in the hell does he find time to do all this…
Ramsay also has The F Word on BBC America and one where he is traveling the world that is eaither BBC America or Travel channel, I don’t remember.
I’m pretty sure Tracy was a team captain at one point, which means she was Top 2 in some elimination challenge.
Yeah, I agree now that I’ve seen the episode. Tracy;s was the only dish we didn’t see tasted and rated by the chefs. By process of elimination, she was assigned bacon. Maybe she made adequate bacon and eggs – boring, but not horrible or great and thus not worthy of air time.
Tracy was one of the ‘winners’ two weeks ago, so was the leader the week they cooked three dishes for the chef’s mothers. I think she’s mainly notable for deciding to go with fish despite Ramsey’s mother not liking fish, and then made her say she actually liked the dish. 
I don’t think she’s being ‘saved’, she’s just boring and normal. She doesn’t break into tears all the time like Jennifer, she doesn’t mutter about how much she hates Christian or being the best like Suzy, etc.
No Brittany. The remaining women are Suzy, Alejandra, Tracy, and Jennifer.
All of whom are just waiting their turn to be eliminated, IMHO.
The episodes of The F Word, Kitchen Nightmares, Great Escape, etc. shown on BBC America are at least a year old. And while Hell’s Kitchen and Master Chef air over a period of weeks, I don’t think they were filmed over that long. They might have been recorded over a couple of weeks.
