dstarfire and SmellMyWort, thank you for the information. It appears this is something most folks haven’t had the time to investigate/research - including me! It’s far simpler to have faith that capitalists are looking out for us… I think I will stick with a large tick stuffed with chaff.
What about those gadgets I see advertised all the time, and which take up yards of shelf space in the supermarket, that inject a chemical spray into the air to ‘kill’ smells?
I am no chemist and this worries me on two fronts. 1) My house shouldn’t really smell so bad I need a continuous stream of air freshener, and 2) Surely inhaling those chemicals all the time is surely not a good thing.
