Yes. But how do you buy all the independent parts to jury-rig something similar from scratch? That’s the OP’s goal. Not to fix a specific model of motorcycle whose parts you could buy.

Well, I thought this thread was dead, but…

  2. Yes, TriPolar, but the problem is my need to change directions (twice) in two of three dimensions.
  3. That’s the inspiration, jgnlmassiv, but (as LSL guy noted while I was away) I need to do that with the burner valve (throttle).

I did find a dual-channel drive pulley with a set screw on Misumi.com and I’ll have to figure out a way to mimic those anchor points like the image shows, but I think I can do that and get bicycle cables made to work with it.
