Jaelyn had her exam and professional consultation today, both which cleared her of any sexual abuse. Now that it is almost official (CPS needs to close it which we were assured will happen asap) A lot more information turned up, in Pittsburgh the therapist was “appalled” at the guiding, and the amount of coercion used by the school official that got the ball rolling. Making her in complete agreement with the CPS caseworker.
Should I feel happy that a supposed professional did this? I am not, I am angry, and want to make sure it doesn’t happen again, if that takes reams of paperwork every meeting, every chance then that is what I will do. There should be a line, and if there isn’t one then one should be created. When you’re not qualified to interrogate a disabled child, then do not do it! /rant
Glad to hear they’ve ruled it a severe case of STOOPID STAFFER disease.
Do you know anything about what really triggered the report? Does the school have new staff members around or something? I mean, I’m sure you won’t get names, but a general sense of why this behavior triggered the witch hunt now and not before?
Yeah I found out who it was, and got a detective visit for my troubles :smack: Small town remember? Well anyway I was informed that if the interrogation was done wrong to the degree of negligence that the person could risk their professional license. So that is one win, although I would be happy with retraining. It was caused by a small group of mid 20 something TSSs and aides, they became friends as they worked with the children together and a snowflake (masturbation) turned into a snowball(sexual abuse).
